Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item unless it has a genuine manufacturing fault. We will endeavour to exchange unsuitable items where possible provided we receive an e-mail notification that you wish to return the item within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, although we will always be able to provide proof of postage and will assist claims through Royal Mail in whatever way we can. We cannot cover postage costs for returned items, and in the event of a return you must send the item back via Recorded Delivery. We cannot cancel completed transactions- please check the details of your transaction very carefully before completing checkout. Delivery Policy
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation of receipt of payment via standard UK parcel delivery. This can take up to fourteen working days on some items as we order directly from our suppliers. If an item is in stock in our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 5 working days. Please e-mail in advance of completing checkout if you need to know how long your item will take. We can send via Recorded Delivery or Next Day if required- please contact us for details. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other delivery delay. We will always obtain proof of postage.
